A good place to send your car to wash, when u don't have time or patience to look for a parking when u need to be in MV. Duration of car wash & vacuum usually takes around 1.5 hrs to complete, which is superb, cos usually u will spend longer hours in shopping mall do all the shopping, and u can collect your car once it is done.

Thier service was ok but the price crazily hiked up.... 3 months ago RM88 car wash + sanitize, even tho i donno how they sanitize. Yesterday RM124 car wash + sanitize.. hullo for a medium size sedan only.

The lousiest car wash I've ever been to. Stopped by to check pricing for a single wash (non-member), the staff just shrugged off my request and just said "rm128 single wash" while turning his back on me. When asked further, he walked away as though I'm invisible. The way their staffs act tells you a lot about their management style. So I parked nearby and observe their way of washing car. Frankly speaking, I don't see anything "premium" going on at all. Cloth are used repeatedly with dirt to wipe customer's car without proper rinsing according to car detailer SOP, for sure micro scratches and swirls will be worsen from a wash from them. Seriously la, this way of doing business really put people away from car wash in the malls. Embarrassing. No star if I could.

Kept trying to upsell me to take a membership or go for polish + wax. I kept refusing and asked for a regular wash and he said that the dirt won't come out. I kept insisting on a regular wash which cost RM36 for non-members which is already expensive but he wanted me to do some interior cleaning which was another RM88 add-on so I just walked away. Don't bother coming here.

If can choose 1 star 1 also dun want give Very bad Servies , the car even like not clean up.. keep ask u polish ??!!! I just done my coating, keep say if u not do polish , the car cannot make clean !!!! how come ya? Very disappointed Sign up at time square- everything ok, but closed

My membership already expired on Dec 2021. Renew one year Silver RM690. So i decided to pay RM90 for non member price for wash + vacuum + mist. When I collect my car, the manager cannot find my car key. Turn out he wrongly gave it to another car owner. I waited 1 hour to get it back. Paid RM90.

Complete scam of a business. Managers in charge have no interest in washing your car and will make you commit to ridiculous waiting times. I went at 10.45 am where there were 5 cars ahead in the queue. Manager said “4.30pm”. And claimed that if I took the full package for RM80 that it would be done sooner vs. A simple wash for RM36 for a non member. Exorbitant. Only after referring to the pricing table on display did he then concede that a wash was just RM36 Don’t bother sending your car here. You’ll have no peace of mind and your car handled by a person who has no dignity.

Came here thinking I could have a car wash free of worries left with regret seconds after leaving my car keys. The owner/proprietor manager immediately tries to cheat me into taking in an expensive package worth RM80++. I looked at the set pricing options and clearly see that the basic car wash is available on weekends. Leaving my car before 11 with at most 6 cars ahead of me, the manager said that my car would be finished at 4.30. Thinking that it shouldn't take that long, I went back around 2 to see if my car has been washed and saw that it was still parked and not in line for a wash. Disappointed, I decided to cancel the wash and go to another car wash, but the manager said that I would still have to pay for the wash if I want to take my car. Frustrated, I came back at 3 and sat there waiting. Seeing as how they couldn't possibly 'pretend' like there were more cars in line, they began my carwash and it finished ahead of schedule. I left with stains still present on my car. Later on I received the automated message at 4.30 thinking if I wasn't there, they would only notify me that my car was done at 4.30.

Manipulative and with the tendency to cheat customer. Drove a continentic car for car wash in Midvalley Cars and was quoted RM500. The salesman/manager said it is the usual price for non-members. However, after I confronted him that other Cars outlet only quoted me RM20 for car wash, he immediately changed his story saying that the RM500 quotation is inclusive of midst. Additionally I dont think he wanted to do my business. Kept giving me different time forfcar collection. First he said 4pm then subsequently changed to 5pm then horrendously said 6pm. FYI, I sent the car in at 2pm. I have no issues with late car collection but his attitude is embarrassing to say the least.

Worst of the worst. Don’t even have a single car and expect you to sign package RM13x+. Wonder how your business sustain.
