Located at B2 Pavilion Car Park. Did a Premium Wash + Vacuum (RM25), Headlight Restoration + Coating (RM140). Staff Was Friendly and Helpful, They Were Very Detailed in Washing The Cars, Every Corner was Clean and Wiped. I Had Some Glue Residue That I Know Of, However; They Went the Extra Mile and Even Cleaned It, Plucked All of That Glue Out and Did a Small Detailing Around The Area, Was Pleased with The Service. Would Definitely Come Here for Daily Car Wash Services. Strongly Recommend Premium Wash Rather Than a Standard Wash.

Had my car wash n polish and gosh am I impressed the operator help cleanse aging headlights to sparkly clear without extra charge and prompt, now that’s above & beyond customer services.

Enquired w the boss Jay and he was prompt. I had my Estima waxed and interior cleaned for rm370 at Baywash Pavillion B2. Results are good. Shopped and dines while car being taken care of. Overall happy with it.

Theres two level of carwash. Level B1 for premium wash and level B2 for nomal wash. Sent my car to level B1 for premium wash, vacuuming, nanomist sanitizing and medium polish and wax. Cost me about rm 420 for non member . Overall wonderful service by the level B1 team. Customer service very helpful and friendly. So satisfied with the result. Few watermark still there cause you know, too long already but most of it gone. Interior cleaning also done nicely. You have to wait for about 4H but they did inform upfront and im a willing customer. Haha. Anyway. Thank you level B1 team. A happy vustomer.

The guys here are quite good at what they do. I got bad watermarks on my paint after leaving the car for months in a leaking garage. Went to numerous cash wash and auto detailing centres before coming here but none can remove those. Baywash@Pavillion removed those awful watermarks and got my car looking really good. This is now my favorite car wash. It can be difficult to get a slot since these guys are almost always busy but I am always willing to wait for people who can do their job well.

The carwash refused and give excuses when i want to send my car by one of the worker, which is very unprofessional. At 2.30pm, he refused to let me in the car wash. When i want to go left and enter the car wash, he was driving a blue SUV and the car blocked the entrance a bit. He then walked out of the car and went to me then asked that whether i am a member. And eventhough I am indeed a member 2 years in a row that should have some advantages, i was given excuses that there were so many cars waiting to be washed (i saw only 4-5 cars) with 3 workers left. I understand that but he kept saying the car will be washed by late afternoon, after 4-5pm and he insisted for me not to send my car on that day. When i drove away (because I’m in the middle of the parking road since he didn’t allowed me to enter and there was a car behind me that honked) he seems to be really glad that I didn’t send my car on that day. I remembered that he was also the same guy that give excuses before this few times but fortunately another worker who is really good, Ram was there and attended me. I was really really really disappointed that this happened. Baywash really need to relook the service quality of your staff as customers pays for the membership and the members should be prioritised anyway. If not, what’s the point of paying for the membership, customer can pay only rm15 per normal carwash on weekdays.

Lousiest car wash ever, RM40 but never really clean my car, car boot was still full of leaves and stain, car interior is still dirty after cleaning, requested me to come down early to collect my car, but when I came down, the car is not ready yet plus still dirty but they simply finish it off

This carwash always giving an excuses whenever MEMBER would like to send a car by telling they have so many cars around to wash and other excuses. And this happen not only once but many times. Im not sure what is the benefit of being a member but not being prioritised and treated even worse than non member. Such a waste of money. And they only have 4 outlets for you to choose unlike other big company carwash i.e CARS where you can opt to go to other outlet if one outlet is full of cars. The big indonesian guy wearing white baywash shirt incharged has always used the same excuse when i sent my car despite i am a member. Im not sure is it because i am am a lady and he has a guts to denied my car or he just being lazy. Yesterday, i reached pavillion at 2.30 pm and the current cars that his team need to wash is only 5 cars and with 3 staffs i think he can manage, but even i said i can wait, he still refused to accept and denied my car to be wash and block the road to enter the carwash. During the time they offered me the membership, they mentioned, member will be prioritized regardless of anything. Im staying in Bangi and do you think i will always be at KL? So if i decided to go to pavillion, but the outlet not accepting my car, what option i am left with? So may i know what is the purpose i paid to be a member?? What a waste of membership price. Previously i always sent my car to Mr Ram when he is available, that is a trustworthy guy, he will keep a good care of my car, but whenever Mr Ram is not around that big indonesian guy wearing white shirt has always being so lazy taking members car and giving excuses that they have so many cars and other excuses. Please do something, since this is already my second year being a member, but i dont think i will extend my membership anymore with this people around.
