Its basically a Bumiputera shop, operated by bumi's worker. That is my first intention to walk in to the shop, although it tooks 30mins from my area. I spent RM60+ for Grab. Support lokal, support bumi product, especially during this critical time. In my view what they may improve is how they serve their customer, better. Eg explain in detail what are they going to do, the process, do and don'ts, which fair enough to the amount you gonna spent. Communication, professionalism and manner. Not just said, oh kita akan basuh, nnt ambil petang. Haha.. For the work done, i think, just ok.. perhaps my car is not that really expensive type, so not giving an astonishing results.. need to wait till atleast a years to see the result. Hope the coating will last as claimed.
