Coated and tinted my car here for over a year ago. It left a huge crater on my wallet initially but after a regular wash, made it seem a lot more worth it. No hidden charges for maintenance although I do see some comments on it. Had a scratch on my tint after the routine touch-up and PPF peeled off but it was replaced instantly no questions asked. Did the Gold Ceramic Pro package which includes the 6 layer coating and as a result my 9-year old car looks completely new again! The entire outer bodywork as well as windscreens, glass, headlamps, etc. etc. was coated, while the interior including the leather seats (but excluding the electronics and the floor mats) was also coated. There is a 7 year warranty and I don't need to wax my car every few months or send my car for polishing anymore, saving me money, effort and most importantly - TIME! Totally recommend this to anyone who loves their ride!

I believe many people also having the same problem like me that confused with the variety of coating available now in the market. Searching around and at the end I found Ceramic Pro at Glenmarie. At first, I was impressed with all the good review I read from google, which make me decided to send inquiry to them through WhatsApp. Communication through the WhatsApp was so easy. They provided all information that I need and clear all my doubt on their product and services. Finally, I booked the schedule and sent the car on last Thursday morning as it required full day’s work. My service agent, Chris is very professional. He kept me update throughout the process of coating. Collected my car after work. Chris carefully explained the warranty covered by the package I signed and the things I need to beware. It had been almost a week after the coating done. Obviously, the coating really help on keeping my white car clean and water repellent effect is superb. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied. Definitely will recommend Ceramic Pro to family and friends. Will come back to write a review after a year. 😊 Not to forget their waiting lounge is very comfortable just in case you need to wait for your car to be ready.

Unfortunate experience at Penang Branch, which left me highly disappointed of Ceramic Pro. And yet closure of Ceramic Pro Penang and not giving notice to all customers who still holding free maintenance and ongoing warranty. When I was making appointment back in Jun through WhatsApp they still told me that they are currently on renovation (I have screenshot if you want to see), but actually they are permanently close. This miscommunication has left me frustrated. My friend did approached to HQ through FB and email but did not get reply. Silence is golden. It’s not difficult to announce and telling your customers what to do after Penang branch close especially those spent over plenty of money on package for their cars and package included free coating maintenance and warranty like me.
