I usually don't comment on car wash. But I just paid RM35. Exterior cleaning quality meh, and the worst is I find dust on my dashboard. Definitely not going back there.

Avoid at all cost, very bad experience and bad management. Just wanted to clean my exterior, waited very long, was requested to keep reversing in and and out in both washing and drying area. And yet during drying area, waited for more than 15 mins and still left unattended. Customers are all waiting but workers joking and laughing around. When asked why does it takes so long just to dry off my car, the worker came over roughly and simply fling their cloth over my car in 10 secs , and was said done with water stains not dried off, simply skimp over the job. The worker named DINESH, which I saw on the name tag came over to collect money, gave me a fierce gangster look when I asked for a ringgit discount due to the bad service, (currently wash and ‘simply’ dry is RM 9). Well, he totally ignored me, gave back the change and walked away without any humility and did not make any acknowledgement to my concern. Here it seems like the workers are the boss, very bad attitude and rude. Came as a customer to pay, and yet feel like I’m owing them. It will be my last time. And just for others to know, Shell car wash have better work quality, better customer service and better attitude workers at least. Wanted to give this car wash a trust and recommendation, but they had ripped off their own opportunities.

Bad experience.. after washing car, car was left dried under the sun. Told them it’s not wiped but had the cheek to tell me they have already wiped. Show them the water at the door, only then start to wipe

Bad attitude n rude from the worker..he ask me want to polish n wax or normal wash,i just tell normal wash and with sudden tell me already closed..after 5min another car came by n suddenly that car can be washed…WTF!!!!..really bad service
