Engine
The new Audi A4 is equipped with the 2.0L, Turbocharged, 4-Cylinder Inline, DOHC engine. Compared with the previous model, their fuel consumption has been reduced by up to 16%, while their power output has increased by up to 12%.
Transmission
2019 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI quattro is equipped with the 7-speed DCT transmission. The dual-clutch gearbox enables rapid shifting with almost no noticeable interruption in the power flow. The vehicle accelerates smoothly and dynamically.
Drive System
2019 Audi A4 is equipped with the quattro, a permanent four-wheel drive system. If the wheels of one axle lose grip and threaten to spin, the drive torque is redirected to the other axle – automatically and continuously distributed through the self-locking centre differential with torque vectoring. The basic distribution is 40:60 – with 40% of the power going to the front axle and 60% to the rear. If necessary, however, up to 70% can be directed to the front and up to 85% to the rear to counteract wheel slip.
