2021 Subaru BRZ not hot enough for you? How about some STI performance parts?

The 2021 Subaru BRZ is now in its second generation, with the same mission: to provide affordable rear-wheel drive thrills to the masses. Well, said thrills are about to get more..... thrilling with Subaru's performance arm, Subaru Technica International (STI for you and me) teasing a catalogue of performance parts for the 2021 BRZ. 

According to a source, it was in conjunction with Round 2 of Japan's Super GT in Fuji Speedway, that STI took the opportunity to show off a 2021 BRZ kitted out with all the performance bits that would make any enthusiast drool. 

Starting off with the body, there's a complete set of front and rear splitters, and side skirts to aid airflow around the body (wind-tunnel tested), and to give it a menacing, ground-effect look. On the rear trunk, you can choose to either have a subtle, spoiler lip or go all-out with a dry-carbon swan neck GT wing (which looks absolutely gorgeous). 

An STI performance muffler is also available. STI says that it isn't ostentatiously loud, but it will bring a more welcome growl compared to the stock setup. To enhance ride and handling, there's a set of STI lightweight wheels, made by BBS (30% lighter than stock, as used in the Super GT BRZ racecar).

Complementing those beuatiful wheels is a drop in ride height, courtesy of STI sport springs, finished in signature STI-pink. You can tell that STI spent a lot of time making sure these performance bits improve and complement what is already a wonderful car.

Bear in mind that all these upgrades are still in the development phase. However, STI has form in producing really stonking performance bits, so here's hoping they will knock it off the park again.
