The pending arrival of the new 2022 Volvo XC60 facelift was just teased on Volvo Car Malaysia’s (VCM) official Facebook page. The facelift made its world debut in March 2021 and the refreshment exercise is limited to very minor changes on the exterior.

For the R-Design, the bumper has also been redesigned to give off a more aggressive impression.
Meanwhile, the exhaust outlets in the rear were done away in favour of a chrome strip running across the bumper to match the front.
The new XC60 will feature three hybrid powertrains, all are 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine paired to a rear mounted electric motor. All variants are all-wheel drive.
We expect both the Recharge T6 AWD (340 PS and 590 Nm) and the Recharge T8 AWD (390 PS and 640 Nm) engines will make it to Malaysia.
