Mobile service by Honda Malaysia to come soon

During Honda Malaysia’s recent media gathering, the company announced that they will be introducing a new mobile service programme in the near future. Appointments for mobile servicing can be locked down via the HondaTouch app.

This new servicing option is part of Honda Malaysia’s initiative at enhancing their after-sales experience and is the main priority for the company in 2022.

Now, Honda Malaysia has yet to provide a time for its mobile service roll-out, but said that it will be introduced in the near future. Within the HondaTouch app, there’s no option yet to lock down a mobile service appointment.

That said, since April last year, Honda dealer Weststar Auto has introduced a similar service for its customers. Available to customers within the Klang Valley area, Weststar Auto’s mobile service team can do engine oil and oil filter replacement jobs, as well as brake pad and battery inspection and replacement jobs.
