Ford keeps you travelling safe this year end with 20 percent discounts on selected genuine parts

As the curtain closes on the year, it usually signals carmakers putting promos, rebates or discounts on the table. Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, has thrown its hat in the ring with its year-end and Chinese New Year service promo that runs from now until 21 January 2023.

Customers that book a service during the campaign period will enjoy 20 percent savings on absorbers, brake pads, brake fluid, battery, wiper blades as well as upper and lower radiator hoses with coolant.

Nonetheless, the promo is only valid for selected Ford models that unfortunately doesn’t include the next-generation Ranger, Raptor and the next-generation Everest.

Still, owners of Ford models that do qualify can also take advantage of the complementary 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are prepare for long trips during the festive period.

Customers can be assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer parts are used for servicing at any Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide. These parts also come with a warranty of 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first.

In addition to the standard five-year manufacturer’s warranty, customers can also take up the Ford Extended Warranty Plan (EWP), which offers the PremiumCare package, for up to seven years of coverage against unexpected repair costs.

To enjoy this PremiumCare package for the most comprehensive coverage, all customers need to do is purchase the plan before three years or 100,000 km mark, whichever comes first.

Additionally, customers can also opt for the Ford Extended Service Package (ESP) and purchase it before their first service. Through ESP, customers can make upfront payments for scheduled services for up to five years that allows them to lock-in the current price amidst rising costs.

Lastly, service appointments can be done online via the Ford website anytime, anywhere.

On top of that, the five authorised service centres nationwide namely, Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Petaling Jaya, Ford Juru, Ford Butterworth and Ford Kuching, SDAC has implemented the real-time e-Service appointment booking that allows customers to immediately know available time slots and select their preferred schedule (up to one month in advance).
