Hyundai Custo detailed ahead of China launch: 1.5T and 2.0T, up to 236 PS

Prior to its debut at the upcoming 2021 Shanghai Auto Show later this month, images and details of the upcoming Hyundai Custo were published by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

Design-wise, the Hyundai Custo is a unique one. Its front-end draws inspiration from the latest generation Hyundai Tucson, featuring a massive diamond-patterned front grille with slim headlights on each side.

As for the rear-end, the Custo gets C-shaped LED tail lights, similar to the ones found on the Sonata. The Hyundai nameplate is emblazoned across the rear and a black trim can be had as an optional extra.

As with any other modern-day Hyundai, the Custo also gets intricate-looking alloy wheels, available as 17- or 18-inch units.
