In celebration of another year of amazing cars, here are the Carlist.my People's Choice Award Car Of The Year (PCACOTY) winners of 2022, as chosen by you.

Building on previous years, the long-running Carlist.my PCACOTY awards derive nominees based on brand mentions and car buying data throughout the year, before being presented to the public to vote on.

This year’s Carlist.my PCACOTY saw a total of 2,661 votes cast across 18 hotly contested categories, based on price, ranging from the humble Proton Saga (under RM 60k) to premium EVs such as the Porsche Taycan.

Separately, the PCACOTY also awards 7 category winners as part of the Editors' Choice Awards, as rated by the Carlist.my editorial team. Here are your winners for 2022.
