《消费者报告》：Mazda比Toyota和Lexus更可靠
在美国，Mazda已经超越了传统的口碑王Toyota和Lexus，成为了最可靠的汽车品牌。这个结果来源于《消费者报告》的2020年汽车可靠性调查，他们收集了超过300,000辆车主的体验数据。
Mazda有史以来第一次登顶，紧随其后的是Toyota，而Lexus则位居第三。
《消费者报告》表示，Mazda能够取得这么好的成绩，有一个原因就是因为它没有对新车型进行大幅的改动。
《消费者报告》指出：“Mazda成功的关键在于，他们对车型的改进十分保守，并且避免了引进新动力系统和多媒体系统的风险。他们的全系产品都得益于共用的平台和部件，在重新设计时也只会有细微的变动。”
不过，Toyota的排名依旧十分靠前，Toyota的每一款车型也都高于平均水平。Lexus的排名因为其旗舰车型LS而有所下滑，除此之外，Lexus的所有车型都有着出色的可靠性，车主也都有着十分愉悦的用车体验。
Honda排名第五，排在了第四名的Buick之后，但领先于第六名的Hyundai。在所有调查的Honda车型中，Honda HR-V是可靠性最好的。
有趣的是，与Honda City RS e:HEV采用同具动力系统的混动Insight也取得了高于平均水平的成绩。同时采用这具动力系统的，还有Honda Clarity，这是一款同时提供插电混动和燃料电池两种驱动方式的车型。
Hyundai的姊妹品牌Kia排名15，而最不可靠的品牌当属Lincoln和Telsa，分别排名倒数第一（第26名）和倒数第二（第25名）。
高档欧洲品牌的车主依旧有着低于平均水准的用车体验，其中Porsche是欧洲品牌中排名最高的品牌，排名第九。
BMW排名第12、Audi排名第14、Volvo排名第18，而Mercedes-Benz则排到了第20名。高档品牌车主的常见问题包括多媒体屏幕死机和其它车上电子设备的故障。
