无论是马来西亚还是世界各地，Toyota旗下最具标志性的双门跑车之一AE86都因为《头文字D》的关系，售价节节攀升水涨船高至不可思议的地步。如果你的梦想之车就是AE86的话，RM100k现金的代价是逃不掉的。因此，到底有没有更便宜的代替品呢？

其实，是有的，比如说这个Toyota Corolla AE70 Fastback。笔者斗胆保证，这部车型在路面上的能见度绝对稀有。它甚至有可能比AE86来的更为稀有，也比AE86来的低调且富有格调。

AE70 Corolla有着各种各样的车型，比如说双门硬顶跑车（笔者曾经拥有一部），掀背版本，以及照片上的fastback版本。机械结构上来说，全部外形衍生款都有着一模一样的机械结构，无论是引擎还是底盘。不说你不知道，AE70与AE86的机械结构也都极为相似。

因此，内在的心脏是与AE86一样的4AGE引擎也一点都不意外。照片里的AE70，是搭载了俗称“大进气”的16活瓣4AGE。与5速手排搭配后，这部车的耐用性无容置疑。重点是，它也是一部后驱车，而且还有AE86没有的无框式车门！

干净整齐且保养得宜！

照片里的例子，目前正在以RM45,000的索价放售中，而这个价位是比AE86便宜了一半不止！（AE86的市价目前徘徊在RM100k~RM120k之间）车况方面，对于一部已经有了34年车龄的车款来说可说相当不错了。Toyot Corolla AE70 Fastback 能够满足车迷对经典JDM车款的向往，与AE86相同的驾驶乐趣，也不至于把你的银行存款洗劫一空。
