强制所有汽车装载行车记录仪，菲律宾提出的新法案！

菲律宾希望强制汽车装载行车记录仪，Michael Romero（众议院议员）根据路怒症，鲁莽驾驶和不负责任的驾驶者的事故率提出一项法案。所有这些都将被行车记录仪记录下来，以提高驾驶员的安全性。

如果该法案获得通过，它将被称为“行车记录仪法”，它规定“在公共事业车辆，政府所有的巡逻车和所有商用用途的车辆中强制安装行车记录仪系统。” 事实上，如果车辆不装载行车记录仪，则不允许驾驶者注册他们的车辆。

菲律宾陆路运输署 (LTO) 和陆路运输特许经营和监管委员会 (LTFRB)，这两个负责监督菲律宾注册的车辆的机构，将与政府协商后实施这些新规则和条例。

该法案还允许任何执法机构向所有者索取视频录音，只要录像与他们的调查有相关关系。

虽然大马某些汽车品牌提供内置行车记录仪，但关于这项提议的法案我们的议会也应该多加关注，因为这不仅可以提高道路意识和安全性。

许多大马民众遇到应该追究责任的肇事逃逸司机和摩托车骑士，而车载行车记录仪势必能有助于逮捕这些罪魁祸首。
