电动车的零件成本对比 2020 年上涨 75%，比传统车型多 3 倍！

自 2020 年大流行以来，高通货膨胀，能源成本飙升以及铝和半导体零部件短缺，不断在推动新车售价上涨。根据金融咨询和咨询公司 AlixPartners 的最新研究，纯电动车的零件成本涨幅已经超过传统引擎 (ICE) 车型。

该公司估计，截至 2022 年 9 月，电动车的平均零件成本为 5,076 美元，这一数字对比 2020 年同期高出近 75%。

传统引擎车型（包括混合油电车）的零件成本也大幅上涨，但涨幅不及电动车，从 2020 年 1,475 美元上涨 25% 至 1,851 美元。

据《 Automotive News Europe》报道，意大利 AlixPartners 负责人 Dario Duse 最近在米兰举行的一次活动中表面 AlixPartners 的研究，他表示插电式混合油电车的零件成本尚未计算出来，但很可能高于电池电动车。 

生产线于欧洲的成本，除了所有关键原材料，当中也包含汽车制造商和零部件供应商的各种成本。

该成本还不包括制造成本，AlixPartners 估计每辆电动车的制造成本约为 3,100 美元。

制造电池的原材料 (锂，钴，锰和镍) 成本急剧增长的背后，需求并不是推动原材料价格上涨的唯一原因，而是因为能源成本也对采矿和加工成本造成直接影响。

这也意味着之前关于电动车与传统引擎的车型价格持平的预测不再有效。

好消息是，目前该行业已经度过成本最高峰，即 2022 年 3 月每辆电动车 6,848 美元的成本。高能源成本对电动车制造的影响将随着时间的推移而减少，因为大部分电动车通常采用更节能的工艺制造。
