GWM承诺Shah Alam仓库将提供更好的零部件供应，售后服务将进行改进

最近，Ora Good Cat在马来西亚的发布不仅标志着Ora品牌的到来，也是长城汽车（GWM）在大马的又一次努力。​

大家可能还记得哈弗，GWM旗下的一个品牌，它于2016年首次进入我国，首先是H2，然后是H1和H9。随着该品牌逐渐变得默默无闻，人们对零部件供应和售后支持的担忧也在增加；当一个品牌试图重新进入市场时，要应对之前出现的问题。

GWM东盟地区总裁Elliot Zhang在Good Cat的发布会上说，该公司已经利用新的流程、更好的库存准备以及从泰国吸取的经验教训，对售后服务部门进行了重组。

“我们已经在Shah Alam建立了一个零部件中心，将于12月开始运营。其次，仓库的一部分还将使用一个系统来管理备件的供应和需求，这让我们更加清楚如何翻新库存。”

“第三，基于泰国的经验，我们非常清楚需要什么样的零部件，因此这提高了零部件翻新的过程。”

“作为零部件库存准备计划的一部分，数量肯定会增加，但我们现在不知道具体的数字，因为最近才推出了这款车，但零部件数量肯定绰绰有余。当我们真正开始在大马运营并了解用户行为时，就可以寻找更好的库存翻新流程，”张解释道。

就服务中心而言，GWM将在12月份建立5个3S（销售、服务和零部件）中心，并从2023年开始扩大到15个。
