Tesla Model Y “新功能”？走走下方向盘自动脱落！？

美国一名 Tesla Model Y 车主在推特上向 Tesla 公司 CEO Elon Musk 发 Tweeter，表示他的方向盘在开车时自己脱落下来。

在 Twitter 上自称为 Prerak Patel 车主表示，他于 2023 年 1 月 24 日收到他全新 Tesla Model Y，当方向盘突然从转向柱上脱落时，他正在高速公路上驾驶汽车。

他补充说，他很幸运，后方并没有其他车辆，因此能够安全把车停到路旁。这起于 2023 年 1 月 30 日发布的推文，已获得超过 180 万的浏览量。

Prerak 将车辆拖到 Tesla 服务中心进行检查，并支付 USD 103.96 维修费。 然而，在 Prerak 提出投诉后，该维修费用被得以免除。

在另一条标记 Elon Musk 推文中，“我需要对制造缺陷负上责任吗？ 还不到一周就收到了方向盘故障的账单。修好不是 Tesla 公司的责任吗？我将不胜感激要求退车退款，因为我们失去信任，家人也觉得开车回去不安全。”

Prerak 表示，他对 Tesla 失去信任，并要求退回汽车且全额退款。 不幸的是，一位 Tesla 代表表示，该公司没有退车政策，并建议与销售团队联系以探讨其他解决方案。
