电子手煞、手拉式手煞和脚踏式手煞，谁更好？

手煞是用来防止静止车龄溜车的安全装置，之所以称之为手煞，是因为它是一根用手操作的拉杆。

不过，手煞车如今也有很多种，比如用脚踩踏板操作的（脚煞）和越来越普及的电子手煞车（EPB）。这些手煞都有着自己的优点，但是谁才是最好的呢？

首先，我们先来了解一下每种手煞各自的工作原理。手拉式手煞和脚踏式手煞都是通过锁止后煞车碟盘（在鼓煞种则是锁止煞车蹄片）来工作的。

手煞不通过煞车伺服泵，而是直接与后煞车相连接。除了防止溜车之外，在液压助力煞车系统失效情况下，它也能作为额外的紧急煞车使用。

机械式手煞的维修和保养成本也更低，因为它只涉及机械硬件。

EPB与手拉式手煞和脚踏式手煞的工作原理相似，其最大的差别在于EPB只需要通过一个开关来工作，只要按下按键，就能够启动或解除手煞。

大部分EPB都会搭载“自动驻车”功能，在车辆停下后，会自动启用手煞，这个功能在低速的拥堵路况下十分方便。

比起传统的手煞，采用EPB也能让汽车制造商创造更多的车内空间。另外，EPB也是汽车电气化网络的一部分，它能与ABS、煞车辅助和ESC相互连接。

在某些情况下，EPB是实现高级辅助驾驶系统（ADAS）特定功能的必要硬件，这也是上一代Honda Accord的Honda Sensing套件没有低速跟车功能的原因。

只要上述的这些系统中的任何一个出现故障，EPB都无法正常工作，此时你的仪表板便会出现警示标志。有时，这会让你完全无法移动车子，只能呼叫拖车来救援了，这个问题在采用机械式手煞的车子上就不会出现。

我们承认，车子抛锚确实会造成麻烦，但当车子的煞车系统失灵，你就不能再开车了，所以这实际上是一种规避事故风险的“保险”。

尽管机械手煞（无论是手拉式还是脚踏式）确实有着自己的优点，但EPB带来的便利性和实用性远比拉手煞过弯的能力更重要。
