Isuzu Malaysia opens new 3S centre in Kepong; 1st to feature new brand identity, 66th showroom nationwide

Isuzu Malaysia has unveiled its new retail outlet design today following the opening of the Autoexec Corporation 3S Centre in Jinjang, Kepong, earlier today. The 3S centre – sales, service, and spare parts – is also one of the brand's 66 showrooms nationwide.

"This new outlet features a strong brand image to reflect the changing outlook of Isuzu's retail business. The modern design elements and improved facilities are designed to ensure customers not only purchase the best products, but also receive a corresponding sales and after-sales experience under one roof," said Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, Shunsuke Okazoe at the opening event.

He added that the new design was aimed at elevating Isuzu's presence while offering customers a warmer and more inclusive environment.

The new Autoexec Corporation Isuzu 3S Centre sits on a 1,400 square-meter lot on Jalan Jinjang Permai in Kuala Lumpur. It offers a full range of Isuzu's products and services ranging from the Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks to light-, medium-, heavy-duty lorries, as well as prime movers.

Trucks are in a shaded area, comfortable viewing

The showroom is air-conditioned, and features a shaded foyer for comfortable viewing of the lorries. It also has a rather large service centre that can accommodate four light-duty vehicles and two medium-duty trucks at one go. Refreshments, as well as merchandise, are made available to customers.

New brand identity for Isuzu Malaysia

As aforementioned this 3S centre is the first to feature Isuzu Malaysia's new retail outlet design. Subsequent outlets will be distinguishable with Isuzu logos featured on the front of the building, in addition to a logo tower at the entrance.

Hero car viewing area

3S centres will have a wide forecourt for easier maneouvering of trucks, and inside the new outlets will be further modernised – things like digital information panels, dedicated delivery bays for pick-up trucks, and wide display areas (including a hero car viewing space), are all part of this.

The customer lounge

After this Autoexec Corporation outlet, other dealerships will soon follow suit with this new look. This entire transformation exercise will take approximately 2 years to complete, with the entire Isuzu Malaysia network expected to showcase this new identity by December 2024.

Autoexec Corporate 3S Centre is located at Lot 16254E, Jalan Jinjang Permai, Jinjang Utara, 52000 Kuala Lumpur.
