Pahang has proven to be Isuzu truck's strongest market with a solid 72 percent market share and accordingly, the marque has revamped its Isuzu Temerloh 3S centre to better support the needs of its customers in the area.
The outlet is operated by Pacific Motor Sdn Bhd and is located strategically along the road leading into the town. It showcases Isuzu Malaysia’s latest corporate identity and goes along with a slew of improvements for sales and aftersales facilities.
Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, Shunsuke Okazoe, was on hand to launch the new outlet and lauded its modern and comprehensive facilities.
“Isuzu has made significant inroads into the Malaysian market, not only in terms of sales penetration, but also in building our reputation as a leading brand of high quality, dependable and innovative vehicles. The opening of new and improved facilities such as the Isuzu Temerloh 3S Centre will bolster our aim to provide our customers with an enhanced experience that meet and exceed their expectations,” said Okazoe.

The centre sits on a spacious plot of land measuring over 7,000 square meters, allowing it to comfortably accommodate Isuzu lorries and pick-up trucks that visit for maintenance care. A total of 6 service bays allows for quick turnaround service appointments, reducing downtime for customers and their businesses.
Inside the new facility is a comfortable waiting area complete with refreshments and the latest Isuzu D-Max range on display with environmentally-friendly digital information panels.
For business owners looking to expand their fleet of lorries, experienced consultants will be on hand to advise them on the right truck to address their requirements.
The Pahang market remains strategically important for Isuzu Malaysia with Isuzu trucks capturing the aforementioned 72 percent share of the market from January to July this year, making it the leading state for the company in terms of market share.
