Over 80 Honda Type Rs graced the opening of Ban Lee Heng’s new 3S showroom in Melaka

Remember Honda Ban Lee Heng Seremban and their epic Type-R collection? Well, this dealership has opened their new 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) showroom in Melaka and in conjunction with the event, they've organized the first-ever Type-R Exhibition, witnessing well over 80 Honda Type R owners gracing the event.

The first-ever Type-R exhibition brought together Honda Type R models from the past to the present, including the EK9 Civic Type R, EP9 Civic Type R, FD2R Civic Type R, FK2 Civic Type R, and FK8 Civic Type R. But that was not all, as there were a number of DC2 and DC5 Integras thrown into the mix.

“Following the tremendous hype of the Mini Type-R Museum arrangement at Honda Ban Lee Heng Seremban this January, we have discovered that there is an unbeatable passion for Honda JDM & Type-R models in Malaysia. Ban Lee Heng (BLH) first started its operations as a bicycle shop after the war at Jalan Yam Tuan (formerly Paul Street) in Negeri Sembilan. In 1976, Ban Lee Heng was then appointed the sole distributor of Honda cars, amongst the very few in the country.

From then on and for three generations, Honda Ban Lee Heng has been faithfully serving Honda customers in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan in the areas of Sales, After-sales and Body Repair.

Honda Ban Lee Heng has a Body & Paint facility located at Green Technology Park Seremban 2, with repair jobs performed by trained technicians.
