Fresh off its launch, the Perodua Myvi Facelift managed to get up to 14,000 bookings in a span of less than two weeks, proving once again, that it’s the undisputed leader of the Malaysian car market.
And this is no ordinary facelift – in addition to customary aesthetic updates, the Myvi Facelift has crucially received a new D-CVT (the D stands for dual-mode) which has has been claimed to improved refinement, fuel economy and make the Myvi 20 percent quicker from 0-100 km/h.

Safety kit has been also improved too, with the Perodua Smart Drive Assist (PSDA) suite now forming an umbrella term for the Myvi’s ADAS functions.
The former ASA 3.0 now becomes a subset under PSDA; offered as standard across the range.
Powertrains are as before, the (95 PS/121 Nm) 1NR-VE 1.3-litre engine powers two of the five variants (1.3 G and 1.3 G PSDA), whilst the 1.5-litre models receive the more powerful 2NR-VE Dual-VVT-i four-cylinder which outputs 103 PS and 137 Nm of torque.
Drive is sent to the front wheels, in all variants, via the aforementioned D-CVT transmission.
