        • Honda Japan increases prices of 4 models by up to 5.2%, citing soaring prices of raw materials

          Honda Japan has announced price revisions for four of its models, the Honda N-Wgn, Honda N-One, Honda Stepwgn, and Honda ZR-V. Prices have been increased by 1.8% to 5.2% depending on the variants and models. According to Honda, the reason behind this latest price increase which will take effect from 4 July 2024 is due to the rising costs of raw materials and logistics. Japan’s weak yen against other foreign currencies also contributed to the price increase as some parts would have to be sourced

          This week, Toyota Australia announced that it has dropped all petrol-only variants of its passenger cars as it will only offer hybrid models.
