Perodua日前宣布，由于持续的半导体供应短缺，他们将对Perodua Myvi的生产进行定额计划，这就提出了一个问题，Myvi实际上到底有多么依赖于这些微芯片？

简而言之，很多。

像Perodua Myvi这样的现代化汽车，尽管只是一款廉价的经济型B级掀背车，但其内部实际上也有许多电子电路在运转。

以Myvi的ASA AEB套件为例，虽然从表面上看，只是在后视镜后面装了两个摄像镜头，但实际上远不止此。

ASA系统将需要自己的电路，与车辆的煞车系统相连接，以便自动紧急煞车系统能够发挥作用。另外，这一系统还与一个蜂鸣器相连接，当它检测到即将发生的碰撞（正面碰撞预警），或当前面的车辆已经移动而司机没有反应（前车起步警示）时，蜂鸣器就会响起。

每一个系统都需要有自己的电路才能正常运作

而这还只是ASA SEB套件，Myvi还有其它一大堆电子系统在车内运行，包括用于仪表板、中控、冷气控制、警报和防盗系统、无车匙进入系统、自动启停系统以及一大堆与引擎和变速箱控制有关的电路。

据多个消息来源称，造成生产问题的主要组件是一个显示器驱动器。这个微小的芯片不仅应用在汽车行业，而且还广泛用于其它技术方面，因为笔记本电脑和游戏机也需要这个关键的芯片。

目前的Covid-19疫情使人们不得不在家里工作，这也推动了对笔记本电脑、更好的网络设备以及游戏机的需求。对此类电子设备的需求大幅上涨，而生产却无法完全跟上需求。

就Myvi而言，短缺的芯片的具体情况尚不清楚，但事实是：没有这些特定的芯片，Perodua不得不减少Myvi的生产，因为这些芯片的库存非常有限。即使一个小零件短缺，汽车也无法组装，因为制造和供应链物流很复杂。

因此，如果你想购买一辆新的Perodua，建议你向销售顾问了解目前的最新情况，否则你可能要等上很长的时间。
