Previously, there was the Toyota Agya TRD to give Indonesians a chance to make their Agyas look sportier, now Toyota Indonesia has the Toyota Agya GR Sport to take its place! The Agya GR Sport 1.2L is priced starting from 154.5 million Rupiah (around RM 45k).
In case you don’t already know, the Toyota Agya GR Sport is the Perodua Axia’s sportier Toyota twin, so we’ll let your creative mind run wild.

As explained in the earlier post for the Toyota Avanza Veloz GR Limited, the GR Sport is the lowest tier where Toyota cars get sporty updates from Toyota’s Gazoo Racing sporting arm.

Unlike the Toyota Vios GR Sport that gets chassis and transmission mapping upgrades, the Agya GR Sport’s updates are limited to only cosmetics changes.
Other than the GR Sport badging beside the new auto-retractable side mirror, the Agya also gets a modified front and rear bumper spoiler, a glossy black rear roof spoiler, and new side skirts.
The wheels have also been swapped for a set of tasteful 8-spoke dual-tone design.
The Agya GR Sport will also come with the latest 2021 Agya interior. So, the sporty hatch will also feature the new infotainment touchscreen and push-to-start function.
Like before, the Agya GR Sport will be powered by either a 1.0-litre engine (67 PS / 89 Nm) or a 1.2-litre engine (88 PS / 107 Nm). Both engines come paired to either a 4-speed automatic or a 5-speed manual gearbox.
