Less than a month after the upcoming, all-new sixth-generation 2023 Honda CR-V teased its front and rear, Honda has unveiled what its interior will look like and it’s very familiar.
In the only photo provided by Honda, the CR-V’s dashboard appears to match that of the Civic FE in terms of design. Almost everything, from the egg crate air vents to the floating display is reminiscent of the Civic.
Though the CR-V is intended to be a family-friendly SUV, the image shown tries to add a bit more youthfulness in the orange stitching on the steering wheel, seats, and door trims.

More details on the all-new CR-V will be revealed on 12-July 2022 but one powertrain that seems guaranteed is a hybrid unit. This could possibly be the petrol-electric i-MMD system, perhaps even the 2.0-litre unit that is currently on the Civic e:HEV.

Honda is dubbing 2022 its year of the SUV in America with the launch of both the all-new CR-V and the Civic-based HR-V. America’s best-selling SUV of the past quarter-century has been leaked in China and spotted testing in Thailand, proving that it is a highly-anticipated global model.
