Maserati Levante Trofeo Launch Edition lands in Malaysia – 3.8 Ferrari V8 twin turbo, from RM 838k

Naza Italia, the official distributor of Maserati vehicles in Malaysia today launched the Maserati Levante Trofeo Launch Edition at a closed-door private preview.

Only 100 units of the Launch Edition are produced globally, and Naza Italia is able to bring in three units in a palette of three unique colours: Blu Emozione Matte, Giallo Modenese, and Rosso Magma with Nerissimo package.

The Launch Edition is identical to the Levante Trofeo, which is fitted with a 3.8-litre Ferrari V8 twin-turbo producing 590 PS and 730 Nm of torque. To put all the mighty power down, the Levante Trofeo comes with eight-speed ZF automatic along with Q4 all-wheel-drive (AWD) system with CORSA driving mode, unique to this model.

Maserati claims the Levante Trofeo will do 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, before topping out at speed of 304 km/h.

Plus, the Integrated Vehicle Control (IVC) system has been incorporated for improved driving dynamics and better active safety. The ideal 50:50 weight balance, coupled with a low center of gravity provide the Levante Trofeo with balanced handling and stability. What’s more, the driver can alter the ride height anywhere from 75 mm up to 85 mm to help with the Park level included.

On the exterior, the Levante Trofeo has full Matrix LED adaptive headlights, front grille with double vertical bars finished in Black Piano, lower honeycomb mesh fascia, body colour door handles, ultralight high-glass carbon fiber trims all around and brake calipers finished in body colour.

To cap it off, the unique Trofeo logo adorns the C-pillar on both sides, along with a Trident underneath the Levante emblem at the rear end. Finishing the Launch Edition exterior is a special multi-spoke 22-inch Orione alloy wheels finished in matte for that extra ruggedness.

Moving to the interior, the sculpted sport seats feature a premium 'Pieno Fiore' natural leather with contrasting stitching that follows the car body colour special to the Launch Edition, embroidered with 'Trofeo' logo on the headrest.

The interior also features a '3D Touch' matte carbon fiber trim and a 17-speaker Bowers & Wilkins premium audio system for an amazing sound experience.

And addition to that, each unit comes with a personalized badge bearing the Trident logo, together with Trofeo logo and the words 'one of 100'.

The Levante Trofeo Launch Edition can be yours at a price of RM 838,800 before duties and taxes inclusive of full specifications, three years warranty with no mileage restriction, free maintenance program, and option.

This also includes exclusive seven-years warranty coverage called Serenity across South East Asia Pacific (SEAP) region, including Malaysia, The offer is valid throughout purchase in June 2020 only.

At the moment, the Blu Emozione Matte unit has been booked, leaving only the Giallo Modenese and Rosso Magma up for grabs. Should you be interested, you may schedule a private viewing at Naza Italia showroom.
