在5年/10万公里的周期内，City RS在Honda授权服务中心的总保养费用为RM 3726.59，比普通City 1.5多出了RM 56.88。

目前，大马Honda每间隔两次保养就会免除一次人工费用，直到达到10万公里/5年的周期为止。
City RS最贵的保养是在60个月/10万公里的时候，因为需要更换火花塞。4个铱金火花塞的更换费用为RM 502.42。

不过，这个价格并不包括更换轮胎和蓄电池的费用。此外，选择不同的引擎润滑油也会影响最终的费用。
另外，混动电池组也是一项额外的费用。目前，大马Honda还没有公布City RS更换混动电池组的价格，但作为参考，上一代City Hybrid和Jazz Hybrid更换混动电池组的费用为不到RM 6,000。
尽管如此，Honda混动电池组需要更换的情况是非常少的，甚至比Toyota的混动车型还要稀少。
