From RM 498k, 2024 Range Rover Evoque facelift launched in Malaysia; Pixel LED, new 11.4-inch screen, wireless charger

Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) has launched the 2024 Range Rover Evoque facelift, offered in three variants with prices starting from:

  • RM 498,800 - 200 PS Dynamic SE (M Spec)
  • RM 529,800 - 249 PS Dynamic SE (H Spec)
  • RM 565,800 - 249 PS Dynamic HSE (Lux Spec)

The Range Rover Evoque facelift gets a refreshed exterior, featuring a redesigned grille inspired by its siblings from the Range Rover family, including the Range Rover Velar.

Complementing this is the upgraded Pixel LED headlamp system, now with updated daytime running lights (only in the Lux Spec), along with a revised lighting signature for the rear taillights.

In terms of powertrain, the M Spec variant boasts a 200 PS/320 Nm 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine, while higher rung variants get a power bump to 249 PS/365 Nm. All-wheel drive system and a 9-speed automatic transmission come as standard.

Inside the cabin, the dual-screen setup has been replaced by a single 11.4-inch touchscreen, powered by the latest generation Pivi Pro infotainment system, which is said to receive regular software over-the-air (OTA) updates.

Standard features for the M Spec include a 12-way power-adjustable driver seat, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, 11-speaker 400-watt Meridian sound system, and a wireless charging pad beneath the touchscreen.

The H Spec adds advanced camera-based features like the 3D Surround camera, ClearSight Ground View, and ClearSight Interior Rear View. The range-topping Lux Spec gets panoramic roof, 14-way power-adjustable front seats, head-up display, the aforementioned Pixel LED headlights, and adaptive suspension.

In terms of safety, all variants come with adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane keep assist, and traffic sign recognition.
