Haven’t done a Honda motor for years, but I suspect you will find that the two are practically identical… (all the Honda Z series share a common block) and they even use the same EFI system So likely it would be about as easy a swap as is possible…
Dude, no one can answer your question as because your question is incomplete. You should let us know which bike you own at this moment. Not considering and comparing the exhaust note of Inline 4 with any other single or twin cylinder. If you own a premium japanese bike of around 600 cc like Kawasaki Z series, Triumph, KTM, Honda, yamaha etc, you can try to get exhaust note somewhere near Benelli 600 but expecting exact grunt is next to impossible. Benelli has a specialized engineering team which works on sound engineering that’s why not only 600cc engine, even 302 and 200cc sounds mind blowing. Assuming that you have a middleweight premium bike, you can use below exhausts to make your ride sounds like Benelli 600: Akrapovic. Yoshimura. Leo Vince. Arrow. S C Project. Termigioni. Scorpion. Remus. Two Brothers. Austin Racing. Pipewerx. M4 GP Race. You can check the suitability of muffler and Decibel killer, it can be removed if required and that absolutely depends on the stock engine you have. Silencers also have two options: (a)Full System (including header + Link pipe + exhaust cannister). (b)Muffler or Slip on (only cannister). # ECU (Engine Control Unit) can also be modified for altered fuel injection/management which also results into major engine grunt e.g- Dynojet Power Commander. NOTE: change of Silencer will affect 4 things: Performance, Appearance, Sound, Weight.
You're other options are the Honda S2000 (good luck finding one), mazda's other roadster types the RX-7 and RX-8, the BMW Z series, Volkswagon Eos, Pontiac's G6 convertible, or the Nissan 350z and 370z. MX-5 would be my choice. Or if you can find a rat roadster with beach tires on Craigslist.
Dude this is a very vague question. I am not sure of the purpose behind this question But there are many a bike which these days shows the gear lever of the vehicle. Apache yamaha bikes RE himalayan KTM’s superbikes kawasaki Z series triumph bikes honda bikes
Why is the Bajaj Pulsar so popular than other bikes? Popularity is a subjective matter and ‘Pulsar’ today is more of a sub-brand than the name of a single model. It comprises a plethora of motorcycles from 125cc to 220cc and they all are Bajaj Pulsars. In comparison other companies (in India) do not have similar nomenclature for their motorcycles. Internationally, Kawasaki (Ninja, Z-series), Honda (CB, CBR series), Suzuki (GSX-R), etc. have similar nomenclature but are much more premium and are rarer to find in India. Compared to that, there is a Pulsar for every budget making it more commonplace. However, in this context, I shall focus on Pulsar 150…perhaps its most definitive version. (The LS135 is no longer available but we have the Pulsar 125). The Bajaj Pulsar probably ushered in the affordable performance motorcycle segment in India,. Prior to that we had CBZ Xtreme (more of a Honda product), Fiero (more of a Suzuki product) which were mainly premium commuters. The Pulsar didn’t just create a premium commuter but a sporty motorcycle based on riding and handling dynamics, power delivery, features and so on unlike any other company in India till then. The success of Bajaj Pulsar 150 (launched in 2001) led other companies to bring in sporty 150cc motorcycles, such as Apache (2006 by TVS), R15, FZ and Fazers (2008 by Yamaha), Gixxer (2014 by Suzuki), CBZ Xtreme (2006 by Hero) and Unicorn, Hornet, X-Blade (2004 onwards by Honda). The influence of Bajaj Pulsar is tremendous and made even the internationally reputed and established companies to respond in kind. Here is one upstart making centuries old companies re-adapt to Indian conditions! When Honda split from Hero in 2011, they said they are more afraid of taking on Bajaj than of Hero although the latter was and still is the biggest seller of motorcycles in India. This should give you a clue regarding the reason for popularity. One reason I could think of was ,Pulsar made hitherto premium international sport-bike features such as alloy wheels, digital speedometer, LED lights among others very accessible, to the masses through the affordable Pulsars. Even Honda had to bring such features to their Unicorn (one of the last companies to do so) when it realized every other companies had already done the same and were losing sales. The Pulsar forced other companies to bring in such features which are taken for granted today. Compared to most other 150cc bikes, Pulsar is cheaper than most of its rivals. This, coupled with the features it offers makes it one of the best value for money propositions available. I hope this answers your question! Do let me know your thoughts!
“reliable” = Japanese bike (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki) “Starting beginner’s bike” - depending on where you live, you might want to check your local market (for new and / used bikes). Basically, the top 5 used bikes under 650 cc in the market is ideal Honda: CB series under 650 cc = CB 150, 300, or 500 Kawasaki: Z series, Z 250, Z 300, Z 400 I would not recommend a 650 since it can be a little too “jerky”, heavy, and demands proper throttle control (1 wrong input, and you lose control) for a beginner and I also recommend a used bike (1 of the above) instead of buying new You want a bike that you can “drop” or “tip over” and not feel too heart-breaking while you are learning
Hi, Japanese both suzuki honda and the yamaha has the best resale value all around the world. For India, In terms of scooter - activa is on top, then jupiter and then hero motocorp lineup. In terms of Commuter - its the hero motocorp supersplendor, then tvs vicotr I guess, then platina, then tvs Radeon has also taken place, In sports commuter(apache etc) - it's the apache, pulsar, yamha, suzuki. In terms of of sport bikes(fully faired) - pulsar 220 stays on top, r15 series, suzuki, Honda. When it comes to luxury bikes or the adventure offered by the Germans and the British:- Adventure bikes:- triumph stays on top (tiger series), then bmw GS series, suzuki v series, Africa twin by hodna can stand a chance, Ducati(even second hand bike it costs u hell lot) Sport bikes (naked monster) - affordable kawi Z series, some benelli also, some Honda, BMW, triumph. Sport bikes (fully faired) - suzuki, honda, yamha, kawi, triumph etc. Supersport - I don't know😅😑. Litre class Supersport - still don't know but they are very rare in India, like for example the h2 series i like 10 max in India and h2r is I think 1–2 in all India.
I had a 2000 xterra. It was so good i bought a brand new 2004 Altima 2.0 SE. It was nothing but trouble and problems. Nissan large trucks Titan and Armada are kind of a flop. The Z series sports car has fizzled out and has not been revamped. They dropped the Xterra to force buyers into their pathfinder and that did not work. When you compare the Toyota Honda and Nissan the Nissan is more expensive.
The best brake pads is rather subjective, but for the average user, here's my opinion. If you're simply looking for the best money can buy, EBC redstuff pads are truly the best. They wear longer, brake harder, and create dust less. The build quality is fantastic, far surpassing that of OEM pads. Here's the rub; they cost about two to three times more than the next best competitors. Personally, I do stress that you go with a ceramic pad, simply because they last longer and are more forgiving of any aggressiveness. The upcharge isn't much over a semi-metallic compound, and it's worth it. My personal recommendations are the Powerstop Z series Evolution pads, but I've had good luck with Centric C-Tek and Wagner ThermoQuiets. If you stick with those, you're getting the best bang for your buck. Be sure to look for rebates and sales and choose the cheapest option in that group and you'll be fine. As for the so-called "lifetime brakes" option, don't do it. They basically sell you a $25 pad set for $75. The compounds on these are designed with longevity of the pad in mind, so they're hard, dusty, and wear on your rotors more than average. It's just not worth it. You're not going to save any money unless you drive the car for another 150k-plus miles. Even then, you'll be doing it at the expense of noise and comfort. If you were instead referring to the Meineke/Monroe/VIP type lifetime brakes option, know that they also use the cheapest parts available. They then charge you for labor every time they need to be changed. Trust me...they wouldn't be doing this if it didn't work out for them. Do them yourself or take them to a reputable local mechanic and use quality components. Your car will thank you.
I'm a car guy. My dream is to find my 1969 Dodge Charger Super Trak Pak. I'd give just about anything for that. The way I read this is barn find or money-maker. Some easy cars to work on. Popularity, production, availability, region and other odds and ends factored in. • Volkswagen Beetle • Ford Mustang • Ford F-150 • Gen 3 Chevy Camaros • Chevy C10 • Chevy Impala • Chevy Malibu • Honda Civic • Chevy S10 • Datsun Z series • Jaguar XJ series These are some common and popular cars native frequently around where I live. They are easy for parts, and fairly easy to work on. For the opposite, I learned the hard way. My first car was a 1974 Opel Manta Luxus. And let me tell you, it is hard as hell to find parts for this. Made in Germany, bought In Germany, resold in Germany, barn find in Germany, shipped to the US, auctioned in the US, 4th owner in the US, stored outside for 2 years, bought again for a spell. These cars are extremely hard to find parts for and it ran the 2 years before I bought it.
