Dubbed one of the best-selling cars ever manufactured by Pontiac, the Grand Am was relaunched in 1998, incorporating numerous advanced features. For instance, the car came with standard dual front airbags and ABS, traction control, power windows and power locks as well as dual rear exhausts and rear spoiler. In terms of engines, the Coupe packed almost the same engine configurations, including the 2.2 and the 3.4 V6, producing 140 and 175 horsepower respectively. The new model was kept in production until 2005 when the US carmaker replaced it with Pontiac G6.
