Great Wall Motor Malaysia’s Ora Good Cat isn’t a big name in Malaysia. However in Thailand, the Ora Good Cat is winning over a respectably high number of buyers.
In the first half of 2023, before the BYD Dolphin’s Thailand launch in July, GWM Thailand sold 2,600 units of the Ora Good Cat. The battery EV model is GWM Thailand’s best seller.
Together with the Haval H6 Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid (2,051 units), plus the Haval Jolion Hybrid (1,571 units), GWM Thailand’s range of xEV-only models netted 6,222 sales between January to June 2023.

Thailand sells 4 variants of the Ora Good Cat – the regular model and the GT, with two sub-variants each, 400 Pro and 500 Ultra.

Closer to home, GWM Malaysia sells the Ora Good Cat in two variants – the 400 Pro with a 48 kWh battery and 400 km range (NEDC) costs RM 139,800 400 while the 500 Ultra with a 63 kWh battery and 500 km range (NEDC) costs RM 169,800.
