Pros

XC40 is my first car ever in my life. My dad and I were both addicted to its beautiful exterior and interior design. Besides, I am a new driver who just got my driver’s license so my dad though Volvo would suit me most because of its safety.

Cons

There is no 360-degree parking camera, which is very inconvenient for a new driver like me. And the rear seats are actually not so comfortable for my grandparent because they are a bit straight.

Space

Well, I will drive this car alone in most situations (still working on finding a girlfriend XD) so I think the space is pretty enough for me.

Power

Before I made my final decision, I made a test drive of Cadillac XT4 and from my own perspective, XC40’s acceleration is better than XT4. Power delivery is very direct as soon as I step on the acceleration pedal.

Ride & Handling

XC40 is a large SUV but the ride & handling is very agile and the turning is very precise. Gear-switching is smooth thanks to the 8-speed automatic transmission.

Fuel Economy

A little bit high since I drive mostly in the city. It offers me 10.6-litre / 100km so far.

Comfort

Suspension setup help contribute the comfort of XC40 because it was positioned as a city SUV.

Exterior

XC40 is as beautiful as its siblings from Volvo family. Its exterior design is very grand, exquisite and low-profile as well. I’s like to invite my friend who is a photographer to take a set of pictures of my XC40.
