Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON), a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom Berhad, today inaugurated its revamped Proton EON 3S Centre in Banting, Selangor.
The newly upgraded facility, which originally functioned solely as a showroom, now encompasses comprehensive 3S servicesāsales, after-sales service, and spare parts replacement. The facility upgrade, which involved an investment of RM 6.0 million, has expanded the showroom and incorporated digital sales and after-sales services, providing a more comfortable and modern customer experience. The centre also features ample parking to improve convenience for visitors.
Akkbar Danial, CEO of EON and Head of Automotive Distribution at DRB-Hicom added "The opening of the Proton EON Banting 3S Centre underscores EONās continued focus on improving service to enhance customer satisfaction. Our revamped and newly refurbished showroom will elevate the customer experience, and its strategic location makes it highly accessible to residents of Banting and the surrounding areas."

The expanded showroom spans 18,775 square feet and can display up to eight Proton vehicles. Additionally, the centre boasts a 12,347 square-foot service area equipped with 10 service bays to ensure efficient and reliable servicing of vehicles.
EON has also embraced digital solutions to enhance customer service, introducing a Workforce Management platform that allows customers to schedule car servicing appointments online and receive real-time service updates. Vehicle purchases can also be facilitated online through EONās website.
Having served the Banting community since 1998, EON marks its 40th anniversary with the launch of this facility, continuing its legacy in the Malaysian automotive sector.

The Proton EON Banting 3S Centre is located No. 1, Jalan Suasa, Kawasan Perindustrian Banting, 42700 Banting, Selangor. The showroom operates Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The service centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, closing on Sundays and public holidays.
