Smart Malaysia’s Facebook page’s first post said:

The first product to be launched by Pro-Net is the Smart #1 (pronounced as hashtag one), a sub-compact EV hatchback about the size of a Honda City Hatchback, but with a wheelbase that is closer to a Toyota Corolla Altis.

The 66 kWh battery capacity Smart #1 makes 272 PS and has a 440 km driving range (WLTP test cycle).

It supports up to 22 kW of AC charging, and up to 150 kW for DC.

Prices in China range from CNY 181,600 (~RM 119k) to CNY 245,000 (~RM 161k).

Proton says the Smart #1 will be launched in Malaysia in Q4 2023.
