As the launch of the Smart #1 by Pro-Net (Smart Malaysia) draws closer, the company has introduced the Hello Smart app, which integrated a charging map feature that already covers 70% of public charging stations, as well as online car booking and loan application.

The Hello Smart app boasts a user-friendly interface with four distinct tabs, each designed to simplify and enrich the digital experience for Smart #1 owners:

1. Discover Tab: Here, users gain access to the latest news, events, a community page, digital product e-brochures, and notifications.

2. Vehicle Tab: This section allows users to personalize their vehicles, estimate monthly payments, and explore financing options. This is where the app's focus on financing loan applications becomes particularly significant. By facilitating the application process for loans directly through the app, Smart Malaysia aims to make EV ownership more accessible and hassle-free.

3. e-Mall Tab: This is an online store for official Smart merchandise and accessories, it also allows users to earn loyalty points.

4. Profile Tab: Summarizing all Smart ppp functions and personalization options.

Integrated Charging Map: Charging stations booking and payment in one app

One of the standout features of the Hello Smart ppp is its integrated Charging Map. Smart Malaysia has collaborated with stakeholders in the EV charging ecosystem to deliver the first comprehensive EV charging map offered by an automotive brand in Malaysia.

This feature provides real-time information about EV charging points, including their availability status. About 70 percent of public charging points are already integrated into the app. By eliminating the need for multiple apps, Smart Malaysia enables owners to effortlessly locate available charging points, initiate charging processes, and complete payments.

The Hello smart App also introduces a One-Stop Service Home Charging Solution. This streamlines the purchase, installation, and appointment scheduling for SmartCharge Home Chargers, saving users valuable time and effort.

More features will be added as Smart Malaysia has promised further enhancements and features in a scheduled update for Q4 of 2023, aimed at improving usability and convenience.
