Kelantan’s DED 1 plate sold for RM 160k, DED1 805 and DED1 01 highly sought after too

The state of Kelantan’s Road Transport Department (JPJ) netted a total collection of RM 1.9 million from bids for its latest DED series of vehicle registration plates.
Director Hanif Yusabra Yusuf told Malay daily Kosmo that the collection has exceeded the department’s target collection of RM 1.7 million.
All bids were done online, with 968 bidders participating via JPJ’s eBid platform.
The highest bid was for DED 1, which went to a winning bid of RM 158,888.
