A Honda S660 owner found himself missing 7 teeth and sporting serious injuries to his head and arms after a fight with a Perodua Alza driver.
Astro Awani reports that the 21-year-old had reprimanded the Alza driver for not using his turn signals before changing lanes when they were stopped at a traffic light in Jalan Kolam, Kota Kinabalu.
During their altercation, the Alza driver started beating up the Honda S660 with a metal stick, breaking the Kei-car’s windscreen in the process, before turning his attention to the Honda driver.
After beating up the victim, the suspect then got into his car and drove off.
According to Kota Kinabalu district police chief, ACP Habibi Majinji, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has already traced the 36-year-old suspect and are in the midst of arresting him.
The case will be investigated under Section 326 of the Penal Code for causing harm to others.
