Officially imported Tesla Model Y for Malaysia - from RM 199k, FSD upgrade for RM 32k, deliveries starting in 2024

Ahead of the brand’s official launch on 20-July, Tesla has announced that the Model Y is now available to order in Malaysia on its website, with prices starting from:
Tesla Model Y RWD – RM 199,000 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD – RM 246,000 Tesla Model Y Performance AWD – RM 288,000
The Model Y RWD is the most affordable option, offering a range of 455 km (WLTP) and a 0-100 km/h sprint time of 6.9 seconds. It comes with 19-inch wheels, upgradeable to 20 inches for RM10,000.
The Model Y Long Range AWD accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.0 seconds with a WLTP range of 533 km. The wheel options are the same as the RWD model and both have a top speed of 217 km/h.
The top-of-the-range Model Y Performance AWD boasts a 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.7 seconds, a top speed of 250 km/h, and a range of 514 km (WLTP). It features 21-inch Uberturbine wheels, performance brakes, a carbon fibre spoiler, aluminium pedals, and lowered suspension.

All Tesla vehicles come with Autopilot as standard, including features like emergency braking and blind-spot monitoring. For an additional RM16,000, buyers can upgrade to Enhanced Autopilot, which adds advanced features like Navigate on Autopilot and Smart Summon.
The Full Self-Driving (FSD) package can be purchased for RM32,000. It requires active driver supervision as it is still classified as a SAE Level 2 semi-autonomous driving feature.
