日本 Toyota 实验透过使用行车记录仪，帮助当地消防救援活动！

The collaboration includes partner companies and will include footage from dash cams installed on approximately 400 buses, taxis, trucks and other vehicles operating within the Sakai City fire department.

Based on the detailed information obtained, such as footage of the scene and information on the accident vehicle, before emergency vehicles such as fire engines and ambulances arrive at the scene, the fire department and other emergency services can quickly decide on an appropriate plan of action. This will include deploying the right emergency vehicles with the right equipment, hopefully leading to minimising damage.

This system was installed on a trial basis at the fire command centre from December 2022 to August 2023 and was repeatedly verified over a nine-month period. By understanding the footage of the scene in advance, the fire department was also able to reach the scene quickly by choosing a less congested route with the rescue teams dispatched in advance to quickly save lives.
