Pros

Very practical and can handle most of my needs since Perodua Aruz is a 7-seater SUV with modern-designed features. Its 7-seating configuration makes it one of the most flexible and practical cars of today’s fashion.

Cons

The interior layout looks quite simple for an SUV in this segment.

Space

No complains about Perodua Aruz’s space inside. It is the first car that could offer me such a large space.

Power

I know that the Perodua Aruz and Perodua Myvi shares the same engine. And Aruz could offer 102 PS power and 133 Nm torque, which is enough for my needs though it is not very powerful.

Ride & Handling

The automatic transmission is pretty smooth, and I have a good ride quality thanks to its light steering. However, the Perodua Aruz’s handling is not the best in its segment because of its body-on-frame construction.

Fuel Economy

The Perodua Officially claimed the Aruz owns the fuel economy of 6.4-litre 100 km. According to my actual use, the actual fuel economy of Perodua Aruz is 7.5-litre / 100 km. A bit worse than officially claimed, maybe it’s because I always load too much luggage on board. So, the fuel economy performance of Aruz is still acceptable.

Comfort

Sound proofing of the Perodua Aruz is very good! I can hardly hear any noise when at high speed. The ride comfort of Perodua Aruz is on the firm side.

Exterior

Aruz looks extremely similar with the Toyota Rush, which makes me a bit awkward because there are many people asking me why you buy the “Perodua Rush”?

Interior

Not exactly the same as Toyota Rush, the Perodua Aruz gets a dark grey dashboard with silver trim. And the steering wheel is multi-function too. Besides, there are lots of storage spaces inside the cabin.
