The 2024 Proton S70 marks P1’s return to a segment where it once held nearly complete dominance in Malaysia. Proton’s first all-new sedan in 7 years is looking to be another success with over 3,000 orders received since bookings opened on 21 November.

More than just a simple badge engineering of the Geely Emgrand, the Proton S70 uses a different powertrain compared to its Chinese donor. It also has a very competitive price with 4 variants being offered and we’ll break down each of the specs here.
