CKD 2024 Peugeot Landtrek launched in Malaysia; Revised suspension, new SE variant, from RM 124k 01

Stellantis Malaysia has launched the locally assembled (CKD, Kedah) 2024 Peugeot Landtrek Allure and Special Edition (SE) variants at the ongoing Malaysia Autoshow 2024.

These two new CKD variants get updated suspension and in the SE, additional accessories as well. The Landtrek Allure is priced at RM124,124, whilst the Landtrek SE is retails for RM129,124. Both variants come with a 3-year/100,000 km warranty, whichever comes first.

Note, the 1.9D Allure was previously available, but in CBU form (at RM 120,072) when the Peugeot brand was handled by Bermaz Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB).

Under the hood, both variants feature a 1.9-litre turbodiesel 4-cylinder, delivering 150 PS and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a Punch 6-speed automatic transmission replete with with a rear differential lock. 

Besides the revised suspension kit for improved handling offered on both variants, the Landtrek SE adds a range of accessories such as tailgate dampers, black overfenders, black Peugeot tag bezels, 'Landtrek' decals on the sides of the cargo bed, door visors, and a tubular black side steps.

On the inside, the Landrek SE is the same as before featuring a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, as well as a 360-degree with a 3D vision feature. Leather seats and powered front driver and passenger seats are included as well.

Safety features are also unchanged - offering 6 airbags, ESP, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Anti-Skid Regulation (ASR), Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD), Start Assist, Hill Descent Control (HDC), Lane Departure Warning System. However, other ADAS features are not offered.

The Landtrek SE is available in two colors: Rockstone Grey and Ceramic White.

“Furthermore, with this new suspension kit enhancement, we are confident that this will enhance the overall driving experience and match the various driving preferences of our customers,” he added.
