Surprisingly for the reinstated Movement Control Order (MCO), the government is allowing the public to still carry out certain physical activities like cycling and jogging. But this is on condition that only 2 members in 1 household are allowed to exercise together at a time.
Both members are also required to adhere to the 2-metre social distancing guidelines while jogging together.
On another note, gyms or any other indoor physical activity facilities like badminton courts will be closed until MCO is lifted.
