Court says car park operators liable for car thefts!

The Court of Appeal has upheld a lower court ruling that the management of a car park is liable of negligence rendering disclaimers of exemption clauses posted by the car park non-viable. Three elderly pedestrians were injured during an incident in Ipoh where an 82-year-old driver drove into a stall at a morning market.
