Kia has opened bookings for the Kia EV6 First Edition in the US with 1,500 units up for grabs. Interested buyers can place a USD 100 deposit for this electric vehicle (EV) starting 3-June at Kia's website.
The Kia EV6 First Edition comes with these upgrades: Augmented Reality (AR) Head-Up Display, Remote Smart Parking Assist, sunroof, 20-inch wheels,and a premium 14-speaker Meridian audio system. A surround-view monitor and blind-spot view monitor are also added as part of the car's safety feature.

In terms of powertrain, the Kia EV6 is powered by a dual-motor drivetrain, offering 317 PS and 605 Nm.
These limited EV6s also come with distinct color combinations which are Urban Yellow with black seats, Glacier (white) with dark green seats, and Steel Gray Matte with black seats. A fun finishing touch to these vehicles are the illuminated door sills with an imprinted “First Edition” and a numbered interior badge.

To commemorate the release of these exclusive vehicles, Kia is offering buyers of the First Editions to pick from: an at-home charger for convenient overnight charging, a credit within a national charging network, or an Apple iWatch for connecting to the EV6’s suite of Kia Connect services.
For the US market, deliveries of the vehicle will begin in January 2022. The Kia EV6 First Edition will be priced at USD 58,500, which is notably Kia USA's most expensive model, topping even the Kia Carnival (from USD 32,100) and Kia Stinger (from USD 36,090).
