MINI has introduced the all-new fully electric 2024 MINI Cooper E, the entry-level variant of the fourth-generation (J01)  MINI Cooper that was first introduced in September 2023. 

In terms of powertrain, the MINI Cooper E features a single electric motor driving the front wheels with an output of 184 PS and 290 Nm.

It's juiced by a 40.7 kWh battery, which propels it from 0-100 km/h in 7.3 seconds, and manages a WLTP range of 305 km, a notable improvement over its predecessor's 232 km range. Notably, a 28-minute charge with a DC output of up to 75 kW can take the battery from 10 to 80 percent.

The MINI Cooper E is also available in four redesigned vehicle trims. The 'Classic' trim particularly offers striking body colours and contrasting roof finishes such as the body finished in Sunny Side Yellow, with contrasting roof and mirror caps in white.

Elsewhere, the Cooper E features round LED headlights and an octagonal front grille that forms the characteristic MINI face. 

At the rear, the triangular taillights mirror the headlamps with their distinct lighting modes. Completing the exterior transformation, black trim accents grace the lower bumpers and sides of the vehicle.

In terms of safety, the MINI Cooper E comes equipped with Active Cruise Control and Parking Assistant, recognizing parking spaces and automatically parking at the push of a button. The MINI Cooper E represents a significant step towards sustainability without sacrificing its trademark driving experience.
