Tesla is the poster child when it comes to electric vehicles (EVs) to the point that some might overlook better alternatives out there. One of them is the Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 and I know some of you might be thinking, “It’s just an electric GLA”.

But the EQA is more than just a GLA with an electric motor; it’s a no-brainer kind of electric SUV. It’s an EV that feels and drives like its internal combustion engine (ICE) sibling with a few more redeeming qualities.

As such, you’re not too overwhelmed when stepping inside or even driving one. While there are a few changes on the exterior of the EQA 250 like the front and rear light strips along with the “Black Panel” front grille, it’s all similar to the GLA inside.

Now that’s not a bad thing considering how thoughtfully laid out the interior is on the GLA. As for driving it, let’s just say that without any engine noises emitted, the EQA 250 feels almost zen-like.
