How does the Chinese government (in China) fool its citizens?

A wonderful troll question. By giving up ideologies, by improving people’s living standard, by teaching people how to go revolution, by Trump. By giving up ideology- ,China had abandoned “ideoligy first” since Deng took the power after cultural revolution. Instead, his “cat theory” is regarded as common sense by all people. Unlike westerners, we don’t care if a thing is capitalistic or communist, while you still putting ideology the first place. Australia went insane to hype “China is trying to control Australia” since 2017, and we didn’t. Trump abused the excuse of “national security” to ban Chinese investment, while shouting China must narrow the trade deficit. China is just doing business, but western countries felt being threatened, where does the threat come? Maybe they feared of China will replace them economically, but using ideology to incite the public temper is definitely an act of brainwash. I doubt who is fooled. By improving people’s living standard- ,Compare with our neighbor India, the biggest democratic country in the world,, ,their latest progress this year is they had managed to provide electricity access to every village in this country. (Their standard is if at 10% families in that village have electricity access and main facilities like schools, government and hospital have steady electricity supply for hours in a day, then this village counts. India still has about one fourth of its population non-electrified, anyway, Bravo for them, it’s a zero-to-one prepress. ) But China had managed to provide steady 24H electricity access to every family years ago, most last electrified families are in remote places like the vallies of Himalayas. In 2017, there were 23 million vehicles sold in China, the biggest market in the world. Most of these cars are Volkswagen(4M outbid it’s over 10M global sells)and Audi(590k out its 1.89M global sells), and there are several single type best sellers in the world, like Mercedes-Benz GLC (over 10k per month). If somebody thought Chinese people under communist government must live a suffering life, then he’s wrong. But still many people ignored the fact and stuck in the old wrong impression decades ago(most was misguided intendedly by Rpublic of China, i.e. Taiwan). So who’s fooled? By teaching people how to go revolution-, to most people’s surprise, CCP told Chinese how to fight against government, in their eyes, Chinese history is a history of uprisings, and they told people so. One most popular saying in this history is our first peasant uprising leader shouted to his companions in heavy shower 2000 years ago: “Are Royal families and their generals and ministers born to be?” If we can’t bear it, we will kick our government away. But our government did not bad so far, then why must we overthrow it? Beware one thing that, in a democracy, one party can wait for another chance to take power but in China, if they lost they die. Most Chinese don’t think western democracy will work well in China, especially when we compared with the mess in Taiwan and the efficiency in Singapore, so we decided to explore our own path. So, just because China does not follow western standard then someone pictured in mind that Chinese must live in misery? Well done, another proof that someone was fooled. Trump- ,he taught us the essential factor in international affairs is one’s power and ability through his aggressive actions. Thanks to Trump. Fooled or not, different people have different opinions, you think I’m fooled, I think you’re fooled, maybe the reality is we’re all fooled.
